This app makes it easy to track your health trends and how lifestyle changes affect your vitality. It supports the capabilities of the Lazle Health device built over many years of expertise and delivers simplified, precise measurements that you and your doctor can work with.
Connecting your device to the app is as simple as connecting to Bluetooth device.
BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING
Track your blood pressure trends at home with medically accurate systolic and diastolic blood pressure measurements. These results are presented in simple graphs that make it simple to compare current and past patterns.
PULSE RATE MONITORING
Monitor your heart rate and watch how your pulse changes with clinically-designed, color-illustrated heart rate graphs. You can also compare earlier pulse rate measurements to recent ones for more thorough heart health monitoring.

AUTOMATIC RESULTS SYNCHRONIZATION
This app is compatible with all Lazle Health measurement devices and automatically uploads measurements from the synced device to the app when connected via BT.
COMPATIBLE WITH GOOGLE FIT and APPLE HEALTH
The Lazle Health App works with and can be synced with Google Fit and Apple health-supported devices. You can have all your measurements in one place so you don’t have to switch between apps to track your health history.
Because your health privacy is important, no data will be synced to a third-party app unless you give permission. The Lazle Health App has a distinct entry point where users can select to sync their data to Google Fit or Apple health.
PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
Once you are installing our App, you will be required to register an account and the following personal information may be collected:
- Identity information: name, surname, gender, weight, date of birth;
- Authorisation information: Apple ID, Google ID, connected social media accounts (Facebook);
- Connected profiles: Apple Health, Google Fit;
- App Technical information: heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, mobile device screen resolution, mobile device type, mobile device operating system, mobile device ID;
- Statistical information: based on the identity Information, Connected profiles and App Technical information.
For avoidance of doubts, we do not collect any special categories of personal information like racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data and biometric data processed for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, information concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation, information about criminal convinctions and offences.
PURPOSES OF USE AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information for the following purposes:
